Who is eligible to sell products on Aromart?
Any sole proprietor, partnership, or registered corporate entity based in Sri Lanka can sign up to sell on aromart. You must prepare a valid business registration certificate, tax details, or representative identity files to pass document review.
What are the registration costs or commission fees?
Signing up, setting up your digital storefront, and listing products on Aromart is entirely free of charge. Aromart does not demand any recurring subscription or monthly membership fees. Early founding partners will receive 0% sales commission for the first 3 months post-launch.
How do shipping and package delivery operate?
Aromart supports integrated logistics. When you receive an order, package the products securely, print the shipping manifest directly from your Seller Center, and our courier partners will collect it from your location to deliver it safely to the customer.
When and how are store payouts and settlements completed?
Revenue from completed orders is processed automatically and transferred directly to your registered local bank account on a weekly basis, after deducting the transparent platform commissions.
What documents are required to verify my seller application?
To ensure a secure multi-vendor marketplace, you must submit a Business Registration Certificate (for companies/partnerships), Tax Documentation (TIN/VAT, if applicable), or a valid Government ID (NIC or Passport) of the store owner.
